Known as pigment textile printing, direct textile printing involves applying pigment ink directly onto the fabric. This process can also accommodate reactive, disperse, and acid inks, offering versatility across various materials. One of the key advantages of direct textile printing is its ability to print on cotton fabrics—something sublimation printing cannot achieve without at least a 50% polyester blend. This makes direct textile printing the go-to solution for cotton-based applications, enabling vibrant, long-lasting prints on natural fibers without limitations.
