Dye Sublimation

Print vibrant, full-color designs onto sublimation transfer paper. The printed paper is then run through a heat transfer calender, which sublimates the ink into polyester and synthetic fabrics, producing wash-resistant, photographic-quality results.

Print on Paper

Your design prints onto transfer paper with CMYK sublimation ink.

STEP 3

Heat Transfer

The paper feeds through a heat calender at around 200C.

STEP 4

Finished Fabric

Ink bonds into the polyester. No coating. No cracking. Full color.

Paper Pigment

Print directly onto blueback paper using pigment inks for large-format advertising and outdoor display applications. Blueback paper is the industry standard for billboards, designed to prevent show-through when pasted over existing posters.

  • Ideal for billboards, transit advertising, and retail displays

  • UV-resistant pigment inks for outdoor durability

  • Blueback prevents show-through on layered installations
